More About the Role:

As a key member of our People Operations & Engagement team youll proactively source candidates build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth efficient and engaging recruitment experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detailoriented thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a keen eye for identifying great talent. Some responsibilities of the role include but arent limited to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and referrals to source top talent
  • Conduct initial outreach and prescreen candidates to assess suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records in our HRIS and track sourcing metrics
  • Manage job postings background checks offer letters and onboarding processes
  • Support recruitment events employer branding and talent pooling for hardtofill roles
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity

What Were Looking for in the Successful Candidate:
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources or Business (or 3 years relevant experience)
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant recruiting tools
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proactive adaptable and solutionfocused mindset
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office and sound computer literacy skills
  • Be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Hold a current Unrestricted Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State
Highly Regarded:
  • Experience in HR recruitment or related administrative roles
