Job Description
Responsibilities include: collaborate with general education teacher(s) to coplan codeliver and differentiate instruction for diverse learners collaborate with the general education teacher(s) to modify lessons materials and assessments to ensure equitable access to the curriculum for all students progress monitor students goalsMinimum qualifications include: valid Ohio certification/licensure in Intervention Specialist K12 or Education of the Handicapped (K12) (5year license preferred) positive role model for youth demonstrated ability to plan for and teach students with varying cognitive and physical abilities extensive knowledge of the IEP process ability to work with a flexible schedule in multiple settings ability to create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement success and independence ability to build flexible and effective coteaching partnership with general education teachers skilled at bridging differences and fostering mutual respect to create a cohesive effective learning environmentFull job posting and application available at: Experience:
