Job Title: Vice President Translational Science Immunology

Position Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President Translational Science Immunology to lead the strategic and operational advancement of immunology programs from late discovery through INDenabling studies and into early clinical development. This individual will act as a critical bridge between discovery and development teams crafting datadriven translational strategies that support clinical entry and early proof of concept.
The ideal candidate will bring deep immunology expertise a successful track record in translational science and direct experience in moving therapeutics from preclinical stages into clinical trials in autoimmune or related diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the translational strategy for immunology programs through IND and early clinical development.
Lead design and execution of preclinical translational studies including biomarker development and patient stratification approaches.
Partner crossfunctionally with Discovery Preclinical Development Clinical Development Regulatory and Program Management to align program goals and ensure seamless execution.
Translate mechanistic insights into clinically actionable endpoints to support development decisions and regulatory interactions.
Interpret complex data sets from various platforms (flow cytometry transcriptomics immunoassays etc.) to guide program advancement.
Represent Translational Science on crossfunctional teams and senior leadership discussions.
Build and mentor a highperforming translational research team.
Engage with external collaborators CROs and advisors to extend translational capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent in Immunology Cell Biology or a related field.
15 years of biotech or pharma experience with a strong background in immunology and at least 8 years in a leadership
