The anticipated hourly rate for this position is listed below. The actual hourly rare offered will depend on the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate.Title: Intern HR Data Analytics Hourly Rate: $30 40hour work week

Job Description

Build anHRData & Performance Insights Playbook
- Audit and revise existing performance review templates and competency mappings.
- Define keyHRmetrics that align with business goals and investor expectations.
- Propose a scalable framework or dashboard for future data collection.
- Conduct research on current academic and industry trends in professional development and succession planning.
- Present recommendations and a final deliverable toHRleadership.
- Support the Recruitment & Talent Development Manager with applicant tracking system (JazzHR) data cleanup.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Help create compelling job post content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Realworld project experience with executive visibility.
- Mentorship and collaboration with seasonedHRleaders.
- Exposure to modernHRtech tools (JazzHR BambooHR etc.).
- A final deliverable thats both resumeworthy and companyimpacting.
- Student pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources businessor a related field.
- Coursework inHRAnalytics Talent/Performance Management and Staffing preferred.
- Curious proactive and organized.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and research skills.
- Familiarity with Excel orHRsystems is a plus.
