Job Description
Were looking for a rising senior passionate about data talent development and the future ofHR. Youll lead a focused project that strengthens how we design measure and improve performance across the company.


Key Responsibilities
Build anHRData & Performance Insights Playbook
Additional Responsibilities (30% of time)
  • Support the Recruitment & Talent Development Manager with applicant tracking system (JazzHR) data cleanup.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Help create compelling job post content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
What Youll Gain:

  • Exposure to modernHRtech tools (JazzHR BambooHR etc.).
  • A final deliverable thats both resumeworthy and companyimpacting.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Student pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources businessor a related field.
  • Coursework inHRAnalytics Talent/Performance Management and Staffing preferred.
  • Curious proactive and organized.
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing and research skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel orHRsystems is a plus.
Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is listed below. The actual hourly rare offered will depend on the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate.
