Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customerfocused Print Coordinator to manage print production operations and deliver an outstanding client experience. This position serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders coordinates the production and delivery of complex print jobs to offsite facilities and supports both onsite operations and customer education through the PageDNA role combines project management production workflow equipment operation and customer service to ensure timely highquality delivery of printing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Manager for the delivery of print work to offsite production facilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal VIPs the client and production teams.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of PageDNA the electronic job submission tool.
- Train client staff on the use of PageDNA and develop associated training materials.
- Coordinate and process complex customer orders ensuring pricing product selection and delivery meet expectations.
- Operate printing copying binding and finishing equipment as required.
- Manage the print production schedule monitor output quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service using consultative techniques to recommend solutions.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed through the POS system and handle monthly client billing.
- Track materials usage supplies and equipment functionality; coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Uphold safety confidentiality and security standards across all printing operations.
- Generate and analyze reports related to billing job activity and cost savings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 25 years of experience in print/mailroom services or office services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of printing equipment software and finishing processes.
- 13 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Experience with PageDNA or similar electronic job submission tools highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive solutionsfocused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate mail/hand carts as needed.
