This is an excellent opportunity for a detaildriven professional with experience in the IT services industry particularly those familiar with ConnectWise quoting systems and invoice processing.
Prepare and manage accurate client quotes and invoices using ConnectWise.
Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and client agreements.
Handle billingrelated inquiries and serve as a point of contact for client communications.
Update and maintain client accounts and billing records in internal systems.
Generate and review billing reports; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling project tracking documentation and customer service coordination.
3 years of administrative billing or accounting experience; IT or MSP experience preferred.
Proficiency in ConnectWise and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Strong understanding of managed IT services recurring billing models and techindustry processes.
Exceptional attention to detail data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with additional billing tools or quoting platforms is a plus.
