Job Description
The Department of Psychology at La Salle University is seeking applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position. The position begins in August 2025. The successful candidate will serve as a core faculty member in La Salles APA accredited Psy.D. Program in Clinical Psychology. The position is a fulltime ninemonth appointment with a teaching load of four courses per semester. The teaching load is three courses per semester prior to tenure. There is additional compensation if the candidate agrees to engage in teaching evaluation supervision etc. in the summer. Required Qualifications
Completion of an APA accredited doctoral program and APA accredited internship in clinical psychology. Multicultural humility and commitment to ongoing work in multicultural responsiveness and competence Demonstrated teaching ability. Ability to mentor and advise students on research and dissertation work Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate teaching experience. Evidence of the beginning of a program of research/scholarship. Licensed or licenseeligible in the practice of psychology
