Your Responsibilities as an Environmental Scientist:
Collect soil water air and/or building material samples.
Understand MS4 20SW and other MDE permit regulations.
Familiar with MDE Stormwater Design Manual
Gather analyze and interpret data.
Input data into template reports.
Actively develop your own career growth.
What were looking for:
BS in Geology Environmental Science Ecology or other related field.
1 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection.
Strong technical writing skills the ability to successfully multitask safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
40hour HAZWOPER certification.
Light construction experience/handson skills a plus.
Experience with data management and report preparation.
Ability to edit Phase I and II ESAs is preferred.
Valid drivers license good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Expected Pay Range
$50000 $55000 USD
