At ING we are looking for bright talent for the International Talent Programme Ops & ChangeTrack
Just graduated from a Ms and talented Join theING International Talent Programme.
The ING International Talent Programme is a twoyear development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles places skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.
During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.
In addition over the course of the programme you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:
- Banking Skills
- Personal Growth
- Professional Development
In addition to the learning courses you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees of come together in to learn network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:
Cocreate advise and drive the change in the organization via an endtoend view on the full portfolio.
Work with senior management to establish prioritize and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision making.
Translate concepts into tangible execution and know how to achieve goals in a large complex organization. A key aspect is to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and to act strategically.
Provide structure to the organization backlog organize aggregate and present the information through different dashboards and reports to give clarity and facilitate decision taking at different levels.
Positively contribute to a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs: challenging the projects to ensure value creation for the client alignment with INGs strategy and simplicity by design both on technical and business approach.
Ensure consistency in methodology collaborating with your colleagues across different initiatives products and tribes in terms of metrics and definitions.
What are we looking for
If you think you will be a right fit for us and would like to become part of the project here is what we ask from you:
- Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
- Up to 2 years of related experience
- Master degree.
- Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish.
- Good academic record.
- Strong program management and problemsolving skills.
- Be able to think in strategic terms linking current events business strategy and a longterm vision.
- Are creative and a proactive outofthe box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
- Eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking.
- Ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation.
- Be a team player stimulate crossborder interaction and alignment between people Tribes Squads Chapters.

Acabas de graduarte de una Maestra y eres talentoso/a nete al Programa Internacional de Talento de ING. El Programa Internacional de Talento de ING es un programa de desarrollo de dos aos diseado para que graduados/as internacionales talentosos/as experimenten tantos roles lugares habilidades y desafos como podamos incluir en 2 aos intensivos. Durante el programa podrs rotar entre diferentes equipos del banco. Adems a lo largo del programa tambin tendrs talleres y actividades para desarrollar tu potencial en tres reas clave:

Tus responsabilidades clave:
Cocrear asesorar y impulsar el cambio en la organizacin mediante una visin integral del portafolio completo.
Trabajar con la alta direccin para establecer priorizar y gestionar el portafolio de iniciativas y proporcionar transparencia para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
Traducir conceptos en ejecucin tangible y saber cmo alcanzar objetivos en una organizacin grande y compleja. Un aspecto clave es construir y mantener relaciones con las partes interesadas y actuar estratgicamente.
Proporcionar estructura al backlog de la organizacin organizar agregar y presentar la informacin a travs de diferentes paneles y reportes para dar claridad y facilitar la toma de decisiones en diferentes niveles.
Contribuir positivamente a una cultura de colaboracin con tribus y otros Centros de Excelencia: desafiando los proyectos para asegurar la creacin de valor para el cliente alineacin con la estrategia de ING y simplicidad por diseo tanto en el enfoque tcnico como en el de negocio.
Asegurar consistencia en la metodologa colaborando con tus colegas en difer
entes iniciativas productos y tribus en trminos de mtricas y definiciones.
Qu estamos buscando

Graduado de Master
Maximo de 2 aos de experiencia.

Fuertes habilidades de gestin de programas y resolucin de problemas. Capacidad para pensar en trminos estratgicos vinculando eventos actuales estrategia de negocio y una visin a largo plazo.
Ser creativo/a y proactivo/a con pensamiento fuera de lo comn que le guste trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinario en un entorno gil.
Ojo para los detalles y una forma de pensar analtica.
Capacidad para persuadir a las personas y convertir la resistencia en cooperacin. Ser un/a jugador/a de equipo estimular la interaccin transfronteriza y la alineacin entre personas tribus escuadrones y captulos.
