The hybrid Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and nonexempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions clients. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 23 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions clients. This is a W2 contract hybrid position working onsite at a minimum of 3 days a week sourcing for financial advisor roles sales roles and additional corporate level positions.

1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/orutilizing a multitude of resources

2. Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline ofcandidates for hard to fill positions

3. Identify screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description

4. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO
Salary: $38.00/hr.
