Crown has an immediate opening for a FullTime Service Reservations Coordinator.
Work in a dynamic fastpaced environment coordinating service customer reservations at Crowns dealerships in Florida Ohio and Tennessee from ourPinellas Park office. This is an onsite position. If you enjoy customer service making customers happy and you have a great personality you should apply!
Our team members are responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to our existing customers to schedule confirm or reschedule appointments.
Our customers look forward to your call and appreciate our interest in coordinating their vehicle servicing.

Work Hours are 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays (rotating).

Responsibilities Include:
Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
Be at work on time and ready to work.
Handle all calls in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments for customers as needed.
Daily call customers to confirm service appointments.
Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
Schedule appointments when special order parts arrive.
Make outbound calls to customers who have not had their service done timely to schedule a service appointment.
Make outbound calls to customers who declined recommended services in an effort to bring themback to the dealership by scheduling a service appointment.
Make other miscellaneous calls to customers g them back to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling service appointments.
Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
Keep work areas clean and neat.
Performs other duties as assigned based on companys needs.
Specific qualifications include (but are not limited to):
Oneyear customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Appointment scheduling skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong work ethic
Comfortable with high inbound call volume
Highly motivated
Excellent phone skills
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule if needed
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Ability to work in a call center environment
