Job Description
The High School Coach is responsible for overseeing the athletic programs. They will work with students of all ages and abilities to help them develop healthy habits build teamwork skills and improve their physical fitness. In addition to this they are also being tasked with developing practice schedules planning out training regimens and providing individualized instruction to athletes as they strive to reach their full potential.
Essential Functions
- Create and execute instructional practice plans.
- Execute strength and conditioning plans.
- Develop studentathlete competence and confidence.
- Enforce team policies beliefs philosophies in sportsmanship integrity accountability and perseverance.
- Some administrative work: Managing and tracking rosters tournament registrations monitoring attendance confirming transportation inventory management and website management.
Position Qualifications

- Patience and initiative.
- A strong desire to engage with the community.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- High School sports experience.
Range: This position is paid via stipend.
Benefits: This position is not benefits eligible.
