Womens Lacrosse Head Coach
The Xavier University Athletics Department is seeking a Head Coach for Womens Lacrosse. The Head Womens Lacrosse Coach is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the creation and supervision of the Womens Lacrosse Program.
Specific job responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and oversee the Womens Lacrosse program including all administrative operations team travel ordering equipment and apparel budget planning and management;
- Coordinate all aspects of daily practices and coaching of all tournaments;
- Create and maintain team culture;
- Recruit prospective studentathletes;
- Work closely with support areas of sports medicine strength and conditioning academic support;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with faculty staff students alumni and the community to generate interest in and support of the program.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required;
- College womens lacrosse coaching experience;
- Possess a philosophy of coaching and education that supports the mission of Xavier University and its Athletic Department; and
- Knowledge of and a history of compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations;
- Possess a valid drivers license and meet the requirements for insurability under Xaviers Universitys policy; and
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
