Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe preparation of all center meals in accordance with preplanned menus in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Prepare and cook quantity of food required according to menu and number of students.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen work areas following each meals.
- Supervise students assigned to assist in the meal.
- Promote and support positive customer service through the facility.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment.
- Experience with youth excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
