Pay: $43.26 /hour
Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Controls Electrician utilizes analytical skills to examine and improve processes in order to improve productivity. Leads integration projects and works on automation equipment for optimal efficiencies. Responsibilities include the coordination of technical automated manufacturing related activities that support the Companys strategic goals and objectives including such activities as: automation fixture repair and maintenance training coaching and implementing safety features and safety training for automation fixtures. Works closely with other departments and external parties to create and implement processes to increase the plants overall efficiency.

- Work with PLCbased control systems for an automated packaging line.
- Revision control process for PLC programs.
- Generate electrical drawing packages.
- Control Circuit wiring troubleshooting and construction.
- Configure software to enable IIoT data collection.
- Develop simple dashboard and display using data historian software.
- Troubleshooting skills with HighVoltage systems up to 480 Volt 3phase and 500 volts DC.
- Troubleshooting skills with LowVoltage control circuits.
- Test equipment operation including Digital multimeters and Amp meters.
- Schematic reading and basic electrical symbol identification including ability to interpret specifications.
- Electrical theory including basic OHMs law applications

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Electrical certification.
- 3 years of progressive and related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key deadlines.
- Must be teamoriented with the ability to work independently.
