This role will flex to support our 3 Dallas Clinics (Park Cities Addison Lakewood).
What Youll Be Working On:
- Utilizing your Licensed Veterinary Technician license to the highest level by supporting the most complex medical activities within your clinic.
- Acting as a center of excellence demonstrating advanced medical skills.
- Leading and coordinating medical procedures ensuring efficient and highquality delivery of care.
- Recording accurate medical records using appropriate veterinary terminology.
- Performing lab work radiology and medical calculations with a deep understanding of veterinary pharmacology.
- Logging controlled medications and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborating closely with DVMs and team members taking the lead in managing workflow and prioritizing tasks.
- Communicating discharge instructions with pet owners offering clarity and compassion in all interactions.
- Taking ownership of your development by seeking out challenging cases to expand your skill set and sharing your expertise with colleagues.
- Leading endofday reviews and summarizing key learnings and action items for team improvement.
- Living and modeling the Modern Animal cultural vision by promoting work/life balance selfcompassion and a judgmentfree work environment.
- Acting as a Modern Animal brand ambassador including implementing local marketing efforts to grow your clinic membership base as needed.

The pay range for this position is $28.80 34.20 per hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. A signon bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the California Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on geographic location.
