For the further development and expansion of our customer service team we are looking for a motivated Polish and German speaking Customer Service Agent (f/m/d) ideally with relevant experience in the debt collection field based in the Warsaw area. What you can do with us:
Communication with customers by phone email chat and letters and negotiating terms of debt repayment.
Handling of legal issues such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies or criminal charges and being a contact person for the bailiff on court files.
Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons including inquiries about data protection.
Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.
Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.
What you should bring for it:
Experience in B2C customer service ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Passion for contributing to fastpaced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
Handson andsolutionoriented way of working.
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Polish and German (written and spoken) as well as good English knowledge (B2).
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
