Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee Civil Engineer
In this role you will be responsible for active participation to transition and stabilize client processes. Handle insurance claims by reviewing the estimates of building material used for house repair work.
Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge of Insurance / Property claims processing
Entry of Information related to personal details provider details invoice information etc.
Receive & review special instructions of building material used for house repair work based on standard construction practices & client requirement.
Verifying file documentation is included to complete the review process.
Responsible to understand and comprehend good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
Review repair estimates to ensure estimates are accurate and meet industry guidelines and standards for repair
Ensures adjuster photos accurately depict damages associated in the adjuster estimate
Upon completion of review either recommends payment or documents findings that need correction deletion or additions to the estimate
Prepare sketch by looking at the provided property dimensions
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Civil Engineers with excellent knowledge of construction & building materials
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
US Insurance claims processing
Essential skills:
Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal)
Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions with impactful data
Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
Ready to work on stretched working hours
Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers
Customer service focus
Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 20 words/minute
Well versed with MS Excel
