Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic State Head at Illusion Dental Laboratory located in Bangalore to manage and grow our operations. This is a fulltime role requiring an exceptional individual with experience in sales and a strong ability to manage and drive teams. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience is mandatory (Mandatory skill) for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Proven team management skills to lead and inspire a group of talented professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the regional team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction in dental restoration services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve higher market penetration.
- Coordinate with the headquarters in Mumbai to align regional operations with the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure team compliance with company standards and policies while maintaining high levels of performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients by continuously providing effective solutions and gathering valuable feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of dental restorations maintaining the brands commitment to excellence.
