The Position:
- Confident in supervising and leading a team with the ability to motivate staff delegate tasks and maintain productivity in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong commitment to ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role demonstrating effective leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
The Person:
- Skilled in organising events with attention to detail including preparing professional quotes and managing smooth execution.
- Knowledgeable about handling special dietary requirements to meet diverse customer needs.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong email and software skills coupled with effective verbal and written communication.
- Holds a valid drivers license fulltime working rights and a positive proactive attitude.
