What were looking for:

This is a combination of customer relations sales and consulting. If you enjoy helping educating and persuading people to improve look no further. As a member of the Client Success team you will spend your day resolving incoming tickets and talking to software marketers to help them get the most out of their campaigns. Your challenge will be to identify the right ways using both phone and email to persuade and teach your vendors.

  • You will be to help our customers (software companies) meet and exceed their goals for driving sales from their Pay Per Click and Pay Per Lead programs.

  • If you arent already youll become extremely well versed in online marketing and lead generation best practices.

  • Youll have the opportunity to help them improve their overall online marketing and lead generation efforts as well as to learn from them.

  • Resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Address client needs while maintaining relationships with key accounts via phone and email.

  • Update and maintain account information and content for existing clients.

  • Accurately create reports on a daily monthly and quarterly basis for some of our larger highpotential accounts.

  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities as well as provide value leading to increased vendor investment

  • Take ownership in your training and development by being proactive asking questions and identifying areas for growth.

  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients and achieve team targets and goals.

  • Execute key workflows such as client onboarding to set vendors up for longterm success.

What youll bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 1 year of sales /client success experience preferred but not required

  • Upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Interest in marketing and technology

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and another European language is a plus

  • Enjoys persuading others and talking on the phone
