Job Description
Brand Ambassador Batemans Bay NSW
Location: Batemans Bay (Community Hub)
Employment Type Casual
As a casual Brand Ambassador you will be pivotal in educating the community on our clients largescale infrastructure project. Focusing on community relationships to inform and engage you will be motivated selfstarting and have fantastic relationship building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing relationships within the community to educate the benefits of the project;
- Helping customers manage their current experience troubleshoot and resolve queries; and
- Demonstrating support to the local community whilst operating the Community Hub facility.
What else are we are looking for
- An effective communicator with a confident and friendly personality;
- Management and accountability of the facility;
- Stakeholder management both internal and external;
- Telecommunications experience preferred but not necessary;
- A passion and capability with technology and hardware;
- Able to empathise and provide meaningful support for customers in challenging circumstances (i.e. natural disasters);
- Consent to compulsory Police Check AntiMoney Laundering and Working with Childrens Check (WWCC); and
- The ability to travel to and from work independently.

Confident approachable and friendly personality
Comfortable in a highly autonomous role
Ability to engage and build strong relationships
Previous experience within a sales or brand ambassador role(required)
* Competitive Casual hourly rate $31.68 p/hr superannuation
