You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Officer Fraud & Disputes to join our dynamic and highprofile Transaction Investigations & Recoveries team. This team will be a part of Payment Services and work alongside onshore and offshore teams in accordance with our internal policies whilst focusing on uplifting the wider operations to better identify risks.
As a key member of this team youll be responsible for executing and maintaining the integrity of the Quality Control Framework. Youll ensure objectives/KPIs are met in terms of both productivity and quality making sure adequate controls are maintained across the team in the deliverable of the Book of Work (BOW) and Quality functions across transaction investigations and recoveries. In addition youll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Officers completing cases across Fraud and Customer Disputes.
This is a 13month secondment based in Sydney.
