Job Description
Landscape Maintenance Specialist
Specialists will have the opportunity maintain and care for our communities landscapes
Expectations include:
Provide/ Maintain a Professional Level of Communication with clients and staff.
Provide/Maintain Professional Image with Clientele
Utilization of LMN which is our sole IT format with daytoday operations.
On the Job Training
8hour days or more or as needed (yearround)
Contribute to a profitable plant health care division.
Continue to grow and customer service the plant health care division.

Full time Hrly
Starting wage dependent on experience
Very light to no weekend expectations
Winter layoff avoided by shifting to general tree care or assisting with snow removal efforts.
Cross training to other service lines
