Pay: $17.84 $22.54 per hour based on assigned program and shift.
Shifts: Fulltime & Parttime including afternoon/evening overnight and weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking Direct Care Associates to join our compassionate and skilled team. In this role you will provide essential care and support to individuals in various programs including developmental disability residential and day programs intermediate care facilities (ICF) adult mental health residential and residential substance use programs for pregnant women. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities implementing individualized care plans and offering emotional and behavioral support to help individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of one year of direct care experience working with those living with developmental disabilities mental illness and substance use disorders. A valid Virginia drivers license and acceptable driving record are required. Strong interpersonal skills patience reliability and the ability to work effectively within a teamoriented environment.
