Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a journeymans license in electrical and experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). As a BIM Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM processes ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
• Assist in the development of BIM execution plans.

Requirements:

• Journeymans license in electrical.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with clash detection and resolution.
