UnityPoint Health Community Memorial Hospital
Full Time 8:00AM4:30PM with oncall rotation
Community Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this critical role you will ensure the hospitals facilities are safe functional and wellmaintained supporting a clean and efficient environment for our patients staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for general building and grounds maintenance
- Duties will include landscaping mowing and snow removal; a variety of mechanical plumbing and structural maintenance; inspecting and repairing facilities and equipment; operational knowledge of equipment and machinery including but not limited to power tools lawn equipment compressors engines pumps and generators; other duties as assigned.
- Candidate will have on call responsibilities and must be able to respond within 30 minutes.
Qualifications
- Mechanical experience in a business environment required
- Experience with HVAC plumbing boilers and electrical preferred
- Ability to read write and speak English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Iowa Drivers License
