- Build and nurture integrated Agentic AI ecosystem across Telecom network products.
- Shape and share the technical data science vision for optimal solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business and product teams to identify impactful use cases for AI/ML applications.
- Prototype and iterate on solutions embracing a curious and experimental approach to problemsolving.
- Analyze large datasets drawing out valuable insights to improve model performance and create better customer experience.
- Partner with ML engineers to deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that are reliable and efficient.
- Developing compelling narratives that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Leverage LLMs (Large Language Models) to assist in various aspects of the business development process including:
- o Generating creative content for proposals presentations.
- o Conducting research and gathering insights on opportunities and potential partners.
- o Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisionmaking.
- o Automating routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously monitor and optimize models to ensure accuracy reliability and longterm performance.
- Stay curious and keep learning about new AI/ML advancements experimenting and applying them to foster innovation.
- Be handson coding and demonstrate ownership and leadership focusing on collaboration and shared success.
- Communicate thoughtfully about challenges risks and opportunities ensuring timely project completion.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Engineering or a related field (exceptional candidates without advanced degrees will be considered).
- 10 years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- 3 years of experience as a technical lead mentoring and supporting junior data scientists.
- A proven track record of delivering highimpact AI/ML projects across organizations.
- Mastery of machine learning algorithms deep learning frameworks timeseries modeling and statistical techniques.
- Working experience in Python and SQL Hands on coding with proficiency in FAST API pandas TensorFlow PyTorch NumPy and more.
- Working Experience in LangChain LangGraph
- Working experience with LLMs GenAI tools Prompt Engineering
- Working experience in implementing Design Patterns
- Working Experience in developing Restful APIs tracking optimal performance and best design practices
- Should be able to ideate value propositions
- Knowledge of UNIX commands and debugging
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear problem definitions while managing ambiguity.
- Proficiency with big data technologies (e.g. Google BigQuery) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP).
- Creative problemsolving skills with a focus on collaborative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively and leading crossfunctional teams.
- Resilience and perseverance in the face of technical challenges with the ability to iterate through solutions to achieve success.
