Job Description
A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tristate area. Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid drivers license as a company van will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
- Must have experience with:
- Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities
- Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
- Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
- Construction cleanups
- Carpet extractions
- Strip and Wax Buffing floors
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Hilow dusting
- General office cleaning
- Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
- Reporting hours to payroll
Bilingual English and Spanish skills required
Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
