About the role
If you are an experienced Senior Workday Developer/Technology Lead and have strong Workday expertise and knowledge this may be a great opportunity for you to join the team as a Workday Enterprise Systems Manager.
This role will play a key role within the IT Operations team to ensure that Workday continues to provide value and ROI. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems Change you will own the technical development (enhancements and BAU) health and integration of our Workday platform. This includes creating custom applications and PoCs where required and working closely with People Finance (including Procurement/Sourcing) and ITO Teams. A focus on innovation including development of automation and AI is key to this role.
You will be joining a team of enterprise systems colleagues working across functions to manage and enhance how Workday supports organisational processes and customer experience for colleagues.
