Whats the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic NVQ Level 3 qualified individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and would love to join our friendly senior team in helping to give our clients an excellent standard of service and treatment.
The post holder will work under the guidance of the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager to ensure that all operational procedures commercial expectations and codes of conduct are met.
You will develop an exceptional spa therapist team through effective leadership and management plus take an active role in the fulfilment of spa treatments.
You will ensure the team is aware of their treatment and retail targets for the day and motivate them to achieve retail revenue in accordance with set targets
What youll need
- Relevant training in field of expertise minimum NVQ Level 3
- Evidence of specific Spa brand training/qualifications
- Retailing experience upselling control merchandising
- Knowledge of retail stock and professional stock control
- Client service skills
- Questioning skills
- Computer literate (email word excel booking systems)
- A balanced holistic approach to life and work in general with a genuine passion for giving and receiving beneficial health promoting treatments
