About Our Client

Our client is a fastgrowing leader in the agricultural equipment industry in Western Canada. They are committed to delivering highquality products and solutions that empower farmers and agricultural businesses across the Prairie provinces.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and success in the agricultural sector. As an Ag Equipment Sales Agent you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding their dealer network across Alberta Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This position is remote with extensive travel required (approximately 70%) and offers a renewable contract with a guaranteed fixed monthly pay plus commission. Our client covers mileage and additional travel expenses ensuring your focus remains on delivering exceptional service and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Expansion:

  • Identify and onboard new dealerships within the assigned territory.
  • Foster strong relationships to promote our clients product offerings and brand.

2. Customer Management:

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to existing dealers and customers.
  • Address inquiries resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and market penetration.

Qualifications

1. Education & Experience:

  • A degree in Agriculture Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • XX years of experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role.

2. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment and industryspecific tools is an asset.

3. Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
