PreConstruction Manager

Are you an experienced residential construction professional with an analytical mind and a deep understanding of highend residential projects
Hachman Construction a leader in luxury home renovations is seeking a PreConstruction Manager to oversee the estimating scheduling planning and coordination efforts that set our builds up for success.

Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates and value engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
Project Planning: Manage all preconstruction activities including project scope schedules plans finish selections estimating and budgets.
Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact during the preconstruction phase ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and care.
Collaboration: Work with architects designers and internal teams to develop detailed plans that align with Hachman Construction standards.
Compliance: Ensure all plans adhere to building codes regulations and project specifications.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records and provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout the process.
What Were Looking For:
- Must have experience in Residential construction estimating and preconstruction management.
- Strong understanding of Residential construction methods materials and local building codes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience with software tools like BuilderTrend or other construction management platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years in a preconstruction role or related construction position.
