SingleFamily Acquisitions (SFA) is seeking a forward thinking candidate with an eye for process improvement to support strategic business planning and decisionmaking via the Business Management function.
We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships across the company and who is comfortable creating materials for various executive audiences.
This role will provide the opportunity to interact with senior leaders across the Single Family Quality Control and Operational Risk Management department division and enterprise in the planning coordination and support of a variety of business management activities. Some of which to include: creation of executive meeting materials reporting budgeting staffing and employee engagement department policies and procedures communications SharePoint services and requests that arise in support of the Single Family Acquisitions Division Quality Control and Operational Risk Management Department!
Our team is responsible for driving business strategy as well as managing daytoday operations and business management activities. We support the VP of Quality Control and Operational Management by aligning priorities to meet objectives. We support department leadership in the drive and execution of quality control and operational risk strategy and objectives and help ensure an efficiency and effectiveness in the department.
Lead/manage daytoday operations which includes activities such as creating executive materials and reports maintaining procedures department file and capacity plans policies & Procedures employee engagement SharePoint services and adhoc department and divisional requests.
Synthesize relevant information to support decisionmaking and drive strategy including creating succinct and visually impactful briefing materials for executive presentation.
Develop SingleFamily business knowledge to analyze data and recommend solutions or opportunities to create more effective and efficient risk reporting and business management for the department.
Build strong partnerships across the company to gain consensus provide support and resolutions to requests.
College Degree 810 years business expertise
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative analytical and problemsolving skills
Basic understanding of mortgage business
Experience in developing positive relationships instilling trust and influencing individuals at all levels of an organization
Confidence in advising colleagues and processing feedback from senior management people managers and varrying audiences
Focused and versatile teammate that is comfortable under pressure
Highly proficient in use of MS software with ability to create materials for an executive audience
Resultsoriented
Ability to negotiate gain acceptance and drive outcomes without directly managing people or processes.
Work well under pressure and effectively multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and coordinate across all levels of the organization

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $114000 $172000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Full-Time
