IT leader focusing on the establishment and delivery of IT services to the organization defining and tracking metrics which measure our success in delivering those services and working collaboratively with other IT leaders and customers to continuously improve the availability and execution of IT services and support practices for the organization.
Shares and communicates the details of IT services and metrics reporting on compliance with Service Level agreements.
Also provides Director level leadership of technical areas that bridge the gap between IT Applications and Infrastructure.
710 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology with at least three years of experience in a Service Management team
Minimal 3 years:
o Communicate clearly with a range of people at different levels of the organization and explain and discuss technical issues using a range of styles tools and techniques.
o Strong background of ITIL framework. ITIL Foundation Certification required within 1 year of hire.
o Experience working with Infrastructure and Application teams during critical issues
The ideal candidate will have ITIL Service Management experience within a health care environment. 24 years experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool is preferred
Bachelors preferred
1015 years of relevant IT Leadership with a focus on Service Management required in lieu of Bachelors Degree.
ITL certification desired
710 years experience in IT Service Management in a Health Care environment
Seasoned experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
