Campos Holding Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to join a dynamic evergrowing team! This is a leadership role responsible for the coordination of all aspects of fleet management. This position will specifically help coordinate fleet activities per compliance requirements for DOT and standard maintenance. This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate locations in downtown Denver and will require 2550% travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains compliance with fleet maintenance requirements.
- Manages fleet activities for all subsidiary organizations and the respected leaders.
- Conducts regular meetings to review and discuss motive analytics and metrics for monitoring drivers.
- Addresses and maintains audit and regulatory record keeping requirements for compliance with the DOT.
- Maintains vehicle and driver records to ensure that DOT drivers remain in compliance.
- Works with HR to ensure annual records are collected from drivers including driver license checks and proof of insurance.
- Work with the Safety Director in processing all vehiclerelated incidents coordination with insurance representatives legal and company employees.
- Responsible future fleet developments for all company subsidiaries.
- Executes fleet maintenance per scheduled DOT requirements.
- Maintains logistics per Motive manual (adding new vehicles drivers assets fleet schedules).
- Keeps up to date documentation of fleet maintenance and services per Motive manual.
- Maintains data integrity of subsidiary records in Motive manual.
- Runs daily reports through Motive and provides data recommendations training and feedback to supervisors and subsidiary representatives.
- Oversees driver/vehicle/asset compliance with DOT regulations.
- Contributes to fleet maintenance contracting arrangements per Campos processes.
- Orders and maintains fleet equipment.
- Communicates upcoming fleet enhancements.
- Trains employees on driver responsibilities for DOT and nonDOT requirements.
- Conducts behindthewheel evaluations for all DOT drivers.
- Installs Motive equipment on vehicles and assets.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associates Degree required Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 510 years of experience in a fleet management role within the construction industry.
- Experience working in the construction field
SALARY: 100120K/yr depending on experience

- Train and Evaluate Demonstrate knowledge of driver requirements and ability to train and evaluate employees of all levels. Train other leaders within the subsidiaries to conduct training and evaluation and maintain records of completion in coordination with the Training Specialist.
