Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customerfocused Tire Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles provide exceptional service and support sales goals. Experience in automotive retail or tire sales is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their tire needs through questions and vehicle inspections
- Recommend appropriate tire options and explain featuresbenefits and pricing
- Provide quotes and ensure service advisor has information to document customers needs for tires and making appointments
- Maintain knowledge of current promotionswarranties and inventory
- Communicate customer needs to the service department
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist in inventory checks and stock organization
- Stay updated on tire technology and industry trends
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior retail or automotive sales experience preferred
- Basic Knowledge of tire types and vehicle fitments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use pointofsale systems and basic computer programs
- Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Work Environment:
- Retail and shop floor environment
- Some lifting( up to 50 lbs) and occasional exposure to vehicle bays
