Responsibilities
The HR Specialist supports the Human Resources department through a variety of administrative and strategic actions. Provides excellent service in the areas of talent acquisition employee relations and other daily functions. Possesses a demonstrated ability to proactively and effectively communicate accurately process transactions critically think through issues answer inquiries prioritize and ensure followup when needed. Demonstrates quality and professionalism with all customers providing positive first impressions of CHS and the Human Resources department.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelors Degree may be substituted for years of experience
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service supporting high volume processes required
