JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PARTTIME MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER
The Pennsylvania State University Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) University Park has an opening for a parttime Mental Health Case Manager available beginning August 8 2025. Hours worked are 16 hours per week during the academic year only.

Responsibilities include:
Preference is given to candidates who have prior experience providing case management services as well as experience working with diverse populations such as but not limited to underrepresented students international students and sexual and/or gender diverse students.
A minimum of a masters degree in social work or a related discipline is required. Licensed eligible in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Clinical Social Worker Professional Counselor or Psychologist is required. Current licensure as a Professional Counselor Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist is preferred.
State College PA a university town with a population of 105000 (which includes the State College borough and surrounding townships) was recently cited as one of the top university towns in the United States. Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are 3 to 4 hours from State College and Baltimore is about 3 hours. State College and the university provide the major intellectual cultural and recreational resources for central Pennsylvania.
