Key Responsibilities:
Security Administration:
Design Engineer and manage security solutions.
Configure monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Plan and execute upgrades patches and other maintenance activities for security tooling.
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud networking issues.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations procedures and processes.
Generate regular reports on system performance security incidents and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
At least 3 years of handson experience in Cyber Security.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP DNS VPN etc.).
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell Python) for automation.

ProblemSolving Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
