The opportunity
Do you want to shape the future of gaming through datadriven decisions At Supersonic were seeking a Senior Product Data Manager to lead our data strategy and turn insights into impactful product features and experiences. In this temporary role youll work closely with business analysts business intelligence (BI) teams and engineers to ensure gaming products are optimized for engagement player satisfaction and monetization.
This position is your chance to lead highimpact product initiatives that create immediate value while preparing our data and product systems for longterm scalability. Youll play a key role in defining success metrics driving innovation through analytics and ensuring data is integral to our product development process.

What youll be doing
- Define product data strategies and dashboards aligning them with broader business goals and playerfocused objectives.
- Use player data and analytics to inform product decisions optimize new feature development and enhance game performance across engagement retention and monetization.
- Collaborate closely with analysts BI teams and engineers to ensure data quality pipeline scalability and actionable insights for product development.

You might also have
- Expertise in product data strategies with handson experience utilizing player data to shape product roadmaps.
- Strong proficiency in SQL knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau and demonstrated analytical thinking to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- An advanced understanding of gamingspecific KPIs (e.g. retention engagement monetization DAU/MAU ARPPU/ARPU) and how these metrics inform product performance.
- Collaboration experience with crossfunctional teams including engineering BI and development to bridge the gap between data insights and product strategy.
- Familiarity with scalable data infrastructure and reporting frameworks to improve decisionmaking processes across the organization.
