Job Description
Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Officer to join our Finance team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. This is a great opportunity to join one of our regional finance teams and ultimately to make a difference to the outcomes of the children and young people attending the schools within our Multi Academy Trust.
The successful candidate will work as part of the finance team led by the Finance Partner to deliver an expert service to our schools by:
- ensuring accurate and timely processing and BACS payment of purchase invoices
- resolving payment queries with suppliers
- ensuring compliance with goods ordering and receipting processes
- liaising with schoolbased colleagues as required
The successful candidate will work 36 hours a week over 52 weeks a year and have a base at The Beacon School Banstead. As a flexible employer we are also able to offer remote working for part of the hours.

- Experience working within a Finance Department
- Experience of working with a financial accounting system

Salary: GLF Associate 2 22918.66 FTE
