At yourtown we want every team member to have access to growth and development and a clear career pathway. The yourFuture program is here to help you identify and develop the skills experience and knowledge you need to achieve your career goals.
You will be provided with career coaching and ongoing opportunities for training and development and will become part of an internal talent pool to be used by the talent acquisition team for relevant vacant positions. Opportunities may be on a permanent or secondment basis or could be opportunities for development like mentoring oneonone coaching stretch projects short term backfills or shadowing. Your leader will be kept abreast of your progress and goals and will provide a network of support to help ensure your success.

Applicants must have been employed for a period of greater than three months (regardless of employment status i.e. fixed term/casual etc.) and have successfully passed probation
Applicants must not be involved in a current formal performance management process
Applicants are required to obtain their people leaders approval to participate in the program
