As part of the Daily Banking Tribe youll drive the endtoend performance of the Daily Banking business through the development of a clear strategy and collaborative crossfunctional execution. This 9month secondment opportunity is perfect for an experienced Customer Journey Expert to support the development of Daily Banking product strategy and execution.

Youll work closely with customers and business partners to design and build customercentric products lead our sustainability agenda and manage risk effectively.

What youll do:

  • Develop and maintain marketleading products with customercentric features.
  • Prioritise opportunities to increase noninterest income.
  • Manage efficient product operations including costreduction and digitisation initiatives.
  • Ensure product governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support product lifecycle development and inlife product strategy management.

What were looking for:

  • 5 years of product management experience.
  • Customerfocused: Ensures positive customer outcomes and experiences.
  • Agile environment: Capable of functioning optimally within Agile teams.
  • Creative thinker: Enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical skills: Makes datadriven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience: In transaction and savings product management.
  • Leadership in product changes: Improved portfolio growth retention and customer experience.
  • Customercentric: Develops propositions with customer needs at the core.
