At Challenger Pallet were more than just a manufacturing companywere a team committed to excellence innovation and continuous growth. Were currently seeking a Staff Accountant with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic and collaborative finance team.
In this role youll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records supporting monthly and annual close processes assisting with budgeting and forecasting and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Youll work closely with our leadership team to help drive informed business decisions through detailed financial analysis and reporting.

What Youll Do:
Prepare journal entries account reconciliations and monthend close processes
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Assist with internal and external audits
Analyze financial statements for accuracy and trends
Maintain accurate records of inventory assets and cost allocations
Collaborate crossfunctionally with operations and procurement teams
What Were Looking For:
35 years of accounting experience (required)
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (preferred)
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger systems
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage 50)
CPA CMA or other relevant professional designation (preferred but not required)
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Candidates interested in pursuing a professional designation are strongly encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits:
$55000/year (dependent on experience)
