Job description
**Job Title:** Cleaning Team Member (Second Shift)
**Job Location:** Bloomington Indiana
**Job Type:** FullTime
**Shift Hours:** 5:00 PM 1:00 AM (or as scheduled)
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Team Member to join our team during the second shift. This position involves maintaining a clean safe and sanitary environment in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean restrooms break rooms and common areas ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Dispose of waste and recyclables properly following company guidelines.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to manufacturers instructions.
Report any maintenance issues safety hazards or needed repairs to the supervisor.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently.
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
