The PA CareerLink Program Supervisor directs plans and prioritizes work assignments for PA CareerLink staff providing employment and training services to jobseekers and employers. These assignments and responsibilities include creating and providing customized business services to employers employer associations or other such organizations. You will be creating customized recruitment events and related services such as targeted job fairs creating customized screening and referrals of qualified participants in training services to employers and other employmentrelated activities. Work includes collaborating with management staff and field leaders on activities deadlines problems and solutions through reports discussions and meetings; developing and implement programmatic and administrative solutions; and building effective working relationships with internal and external partners at multiple organizational levels.
You will also direct and train PA CareerLink staff as they provide services to participants and customers handling situations and questions as they arise. Our team will rely on your independent judgment initiative and problemsolving to ensure seamless delivery of services to participants as well as promote awareness and use of PA CareerLink services programs and activities.
