Position Title:Residence Housekeeper
Department:Governors Residence Boettcher MansionOrganizational Relationships:This position reports to the Residence Director and ispart of the Governors Residence at the Boettcher Mansion team. This position has nosupervisory responsibility.
Expected Annual Travel:None
Summary of Functions:Maintains a high standard of housekeeping to ensure the cleanliness of the Main Residence and the Carriage House. Provides basic daytoday cleaning services such as sweeping vacuuming dusting mopping servicing bathrooms etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains cleanliness of all public and service areas of the Main House
Provides housekeeping services to the private living quarters
Dusts and cleans interior of windows
Sweeps and mops floors
Vacuums carpeting
Cleans stocks and sanitizes bathrooms
Cleans interior and exterior of primary entrance doors
When needed provides support to events by washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen and pantry areas
As time permits provides deep cleaning and special projects cleaning above and beyond typical daily cleaning to include commercial grade kitchen equipment such as the stove oven and exhaust hood
Education/Experience:5 years professional housekeeping experience 2 years ofindependent or supervisory housekeeping experience.
Applicants must pass a thorough background check prior to employment and reside in Colorado once employed.
