We are seeking a highly accurate and customerobsessed People Experience Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for executing critical employee lifecycle transactions in UKG including job changes new hires terminations and reporting line updates. Youll be the behindthescenes engine ensuring our people data is clean timely and aligned to company standards while delivering whiteglove service to our employees and leaders.

This is a hybrid role based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR) with an expectation of being onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Process job and reporting structure changes hires and terminations in UKG
  • Maintain 100% data integrity across HR records
  • Respond to employee/manager inquiries while meeting SLA expectations
  • Improve operational workflows and documentation
  • Collaborate with Payroll Benefits HRBPs and IT

Requirements:

  • 2 years working in UKG Pro or similar HRIS
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • Proven ability to manage SLAs and priorities
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus
