Job Description

Waukesha State Bank is seeking motivated and detailoriented students for our Wealth Management Summer Internship. This handson opportunity offers valuable exposure to financial planning and portfolio management while supporting our experienced Portfolio Managers and Trust Administrators. Interns will assist with preparing and reviewing Investment Policy Statements monitoring client portfolios and staying up to date on investment news and trends. Youll also work closely with trusted industry partners such as Fidelity and Vanguard to help analyze and evaluate investment models.
This internship provides a dynamic mix of projectbased learning and realworld experience. Interns will gain critical skills in investment research client communications and professional presentation development using tools like Morningstar Zacks and PowerPoint. Additional responsibilities include compiling performance reports conducting outreach and assisting with various business development activities.
